Error (Can not create connection to the Server) MS Dynamics NAVISION

I have a issue when installing navision to my machine . The issue was the error that can not create a connection to the database . The error comes when you open nav. So to handle this you need to check your nav service and firewall. Stop the firewall and check and run the service of MS Dynamics Nav. Then your navision should  open.
